Shipping
Designed By Lei is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages due to shipping. Please contact the USPS if you encounter an issue such as this.
***Please make sure your address is correct, I am in NO way responsible for a package that was not delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If an order was delivered to a wrong address a reshipment fee of $5 must be paid.***
I will not 'guarantee' that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
Most orders ship no later than a week after the payment has cleared, however please refer to the lead time posted on the Home page for the most accurate estimate. I ship using USPS First Class Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Each package is assigned a tracking number that you are able to see the whereabouts of your package. You will either receive a small bubble mailer and inside you will find your jewelry in an organza bag or a small box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
I will ship your order no later than a week later after the payment has cleared. I ship using USPS First Class Mail unless other arrangements have been made. International shipments via First Class and Priority mail are non-trackable. Please understand that DesignedByLei is not responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery or at the discretion of your country's tax and import regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur; DesignedByLei is in no way responsible for their execution or payment. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. The customs declaration put on the package will not contain any false information for any reason. Also please understand that it can take up to 4-6 weeks for a package to arrive after it has been shipped due to delays, customs or time sitting in the post office. Your order will arrive in a bubble mailer and inside you will find your jewelry in a small box or organza bag.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make refunds, size adjustments, and exchanges on individual cases. Please contact me within 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase.
All returned items must be in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or returns on custom orders. All other refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and all transaction fees incurred. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation and insurance or some other form of electronic tracking where available.
